Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Telecom Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Model the cost of network equipment and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
