Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Houston, TX)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Group is a Houston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Houston. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
