Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Honolulu serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
