Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Honolulu. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
