Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
