Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Kestrel Markets is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries.
