Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Rook Markets serves neighbourhoods around Hartford with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification.
