Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
