Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of field visits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage reports.
