Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Loom Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification.
