Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

Bright North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Fresno, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 812 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
