Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Summit Markets is a Fresno retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 383 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
