Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Juniper Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
