Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Fresno. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
