Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Fresno, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies.
