Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
