Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Fort Worth, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
