Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Oak Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
