Financial Analyst - variance reporting (El Paso, TX)

Bright Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the El Paso region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 819 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
