Financial Analyst - variance reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rowan Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
