Financial Analyst - variance reporting (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Ashton Transit Planning helps transport agencies around El Paso design routes and schedules, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
