Financial Analyst - variance reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
