Financial Analyst - variance reporting (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around El Paso with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
