Financial Analyst - variance reporting (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Vista Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its El Paso plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
