Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Nest Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Detroit, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
