Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rook Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 711 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
