Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Bright Financial is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Denver. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification.
