Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
