Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Meridian Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Dallas focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 203 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Model the cost of field visits and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
