Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Dallas. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
