Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Beacon Financial is a financial-services company in Dallas. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • A relevant degree or certification.
