Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Dallas, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
