Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Columbus, OH)

Nova Hollow Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with network equipment.
