Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Columbus, OH)

Northwind Pine Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Columbus, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of water quality and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
