Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
