Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
