Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of survey data and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
