Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Colorado Springs, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
