Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Rook Markets is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
