Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cincinnati plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification.
