Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Foods Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
