Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Cincinnati serving students and families, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with school calendars.
