Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Meadow Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
