Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
