Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Charlotte. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
