Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Charlotte. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
