Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Keystone Transit Planning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
