Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge North Manufacturing makes precision components in Charlotte, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
