Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
