Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people based in Boston. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
